Curiously, a station identification in English, assuming that it is a Brazilian pirate (not very creative) recording audios via the Internet, RadioNet, internet, or similar, playing its contents through its resources. The identification was understood as 'Sauble (or Southern) Beach', with the prefix information of the original station. 25422.
