S=4. **Checking the streaming of this station, it was found that the programming presented corresponded entirely to this station. At 2356 UTC time, the reception of this station began to decline, with the signal of Radio La Nueva, 1150 kHz, Sauve Viejo, Argentina, coming in. The Radio Cabugi signal went to zero after 0000 UTC.

DXers from various locations report that this station may be a pirate station, and that it transmits from a Venezuelan region near the border with Colombia.
